The Princess and the Pilot

Charles Karino was born into the lowest caste, and so lives as a
second-class citizen within the Levamme Empire. Due to his exceptional
talent as a pilot, however, he was able to serve as a mercenary while
the war against the Amatsukami continues to be fought. He is chosen
for the top-secret mission to carry the noble Juana del Moral in the
lone plane Santa Cruz on a three-day flight over contested seas to
rejoin her betrothed Prince Carlo. Being apart from their everyday
lives during this dangerous journey gives both a new perspective.
