Appropriate for Halloween, this Patlabor universe movie has only a small role for Noa and
her Special Vehicle cohorts. Instead, this movie focuses on an investigation into a series
a brutal deaths. Labor accidents lead two detectives, veteran Kusumi and young Hata, to a
cover-up involving the biological weapon "WXIII.".

It's the "Second Year" for the girls, who have to deal with more of Yukari-sensei's
wackiness. They're joined by Kagura, another athlete, who has decided to be Sakaki's
main rival. Chiyo, meanwhile, must deal with the 1st year students who think she's tiny and
cute, instead of as an upperclassman. Will Chiyo blow her top? Can Kagura really compete
with Sakaki, or is she more in Tomo's league?

And for sheer horror, it'll be tough
to beat this month's episode of She, The Ultimate Weapon, unless it's with later episodes
of the same show. To offset this, we've got the quirky and quite funny and enjoyable Master
Keaton, as well as the usual Banner and Azumanga. And on Noir, we're
finally getting close to the end, with secrets being revealed, so don't miss out!
