A bit different from the OAVs, this movie has a much more serious tone. Everything starts
with the traffic signals failing, but the consequences are much worse than just a traffic
jam. A cache of smuggled weapons soon leads to an internal affairs investigation of
Bokutou Station's police chief. Everything leads, step by step, to what could by one of
the worst disasters ever to face the Tokyo Police force, maybe even all of Tokyo!

After the shocking discovery made by Tamura about Haruhiko, he's intent on finding the truth.
To that end, he meets with Mikuro, an Earthling ESPer, to try and learn more about psychic
abilities. Meanwhile, Haruhiko follows Rin's orders to try and get everyone's passwords from
their previous lives. Things are obviously headed for a breakdown, but who will suffer?

In part 2 of this story, Ukyou is determined to expose the lie about Ranma and Akane
being married to each other. It's the way she does it, though, that really starts
to get to Ranma. And to keep up the lie, Ranma and Akane must pretend they really are
married, which means sleeping in the same room at night. An armed enemy camp would be
more peaceful!
